【Solana等机构向美SEC提议将美股上链以推进金融创新】金色财经报道，Solana政策研究所、Superstate Inc.、Lowenstein Sandler LLP与Orca Creative于周三向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）加密特别工作组提交了一项新框架，旨在将股票等股权证券上链。该试点项目被称为“Project Open”，Solana政策研究所表示，“Project Open是美国金融创新进步的体现”，能提升美国金融市场的透明度、实现即时结算并降低成本。BlackRock CEO Larry Fink也曾指出：“每一只股票、每一只债券、每一只基金——每一项资产——都可以被代币化。”
