智通财经APP获悉，固生堂(02273)盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.37%，报32.25港元，成交额5724.94万港元。
消息面上，固生堂发布公告称，5月6日，公司斥资845.02万港元回购27.31万股。此前5月2日，公司通过公开市场回购15.7万股股份，涉及金额约486.82万港元。据悉，截至5月6日上午的统计数据显示，固生堂自2023年8月首次启动回购以来，已累计斥资超3.5亿港元完成超80次回购，累计回购981.1万股。其中，自2024年5月1日至2025年5月2日回购股票超50次，斥资近2.5亿港元，回购总股数达720.7万股。
华福证券指出，在成都分院开业后，固生堂已在全国20余个城市及新加坡开设超过80家分院，业务版图持续拓展。另外，公司积极拥抱AI，持续加码中医AI研发，公司计划推出智能硬件设备及AI医生助手，提升中医医疗服务中辅助诊疗能力，实现更高效的诊疗服务流程，以及实现更多的优质医疗资源供给。同时，AI有望赋能公司实现更精细化的客户服务，持续提升客户留存率和单客户收入。
