【耐普矿机：认购瑞士Veritas Resources AG股权】金十数据5月8日讯，耐普矿机公告，公司全资子公司新加坡耐普环球资源投资有限公司以现金出资方式认购瑞士Veritas Resources AG新发行股份，认购金额合计4500万美元及180万美元或630万美元或有认购。认购完成后，公司将持有Veritas Resources AG 22.5%股权。维理达资源现持有CMH Colombia S.A.S.50%股权，CMH公司通过其全资子公司拥有哥伦比亚San Matias项目下Alacran铜金银矿、Alacran North矿床、Montiel East矿床、Montiel West矿床、Costa Azul矿床的相关权益。维理达资源增资完成后，将收购Cordoba Minerals Corp.在哥伦比亚的全部矿产资源，其中主要资产为其持有的CMH公司50%股权。
