消息面上，近日，百胜中国公布2025年第一季度财务业绩，总收入同比增长1%至29.81亿美元，百胜中国控股有限公司应占净利润2.92亿美元，同比增长2%。每股普通股基本盈利0.78美元。
其中，肯德基本季度系统销售额同比增长3%。同店销售额达去年同期水平的100%。同店交易量同比增长4%，连续第九个季度实现增长。客单价同比下降4%，主要由于集团通过拓宽价格区间来扩大目标市场。必胜客本季度系统销售额同比增长2%。同店销售额达去年同期水平的100%。同店交易量同比增长17%，连续第九个季度实现增长。客单价同比下降14%，这符合公司的策略，主要因为公司提供了更具性价比的产品。
国金证券指出，25Q1公司整体餐厅利润率18.6%/+1.0pct，主要得益于毛利率提升、物业租金及其他运营成本占比下降。新店型，肯悦咖啡突破1000家，环比24年底净增约300家、开店进度好于预期；必胜客WOW单店资本开支降至标准店一半，长期望继续打开下沉开店空间；尝试打造KPRO轻食门店、初步反馈良好。
