消息面上，九方智投控股4月初发布公告，拟以1.0881亿港元收购Yintech Financial的全部股权、以1816万港元收购其核心信息系统。方正证券指出，近年来高净值客户对跨境资产配置需求持续攀升，九方智投作为我国第一大证券投资咨询服务提供商，目前聚焦A股投资者投顾服务；而Yintech Financial依托其多元化业务布局、丰富的产品组合，积累了丰富美港股业务资源和经验，本次牌照整合帮助公司实现跨境金融服务布局，加强在港股、美股等核心市场覆盖能力。
