Omnicell's Q1 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Rise; 2025 Adjusted Earnings Guidance Reduced

Omnicell (OMCL) reported Q1 non-GAAP net income Tuesday of $0.26 per diluted share, up from $0.03 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $269.7 million, up from $246.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $259.9 million.

The company said it expects Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.19 to $0.32 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.42. The company expects revenue for the quarter of $270 million to $280 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $278.4 million.

The company said it now expects 2025 non-GAAP earnings of $1 to $1.65 per share. That compares with $1.65 to $1.85 previously. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.77.

The company's shares were down 15% in recent premarket activity on Tuesday.
