智通财经APP讯，和誉-B(02256)公布，公司创始人、执行董事、首席执行官兼公司董事会主席徐耀昌博士已于 2025年5月6日于公开市场购买合计3万股公司股份，平均价格为每股股份约港币7.96元，占公司全部已发行股份总数约0.0044%。紧随购买后，徐博士于合共8001.798万股股份中拥有权益，占于本公告日期公司全部已发行股份总数约11.77%。
据徐耀昌博士告知，其对集团的业务前景及增长充满信心。在符合适用的法律及监管要求下，徐耀昌博士不排除会在适当时候进一步增持公司股份的可能性。
根据购回股份计划，自 2025年3月3日至本公告日，公司已合计购回479.8万股股份(占于本公告日期公司全部已发行股份总数约0.71%)，累计支付对价为3506万港币。
