吉利汽车(00175.HK) 宣布，向极氪(ZK.US) 提交私有化建议提出非约束性报价函，以每股极氪股份2.566美元或每股美国存托股票25.66美元作为对极氪的估值。建议购买价较于最后交易日美国存托股票于纽交所的收市交易价溢价约13.6%，较截至最后交易日止最后30个交易日期间美国存托股票于纽交所的成交量加权平均价格溢价20%。
吉利汽车指，为了推动内部资源深度整合和高效协同，杜绝重复投入，降低成本，提升企业竞争力，打造长期价值，于今日(7日)向极氪提交了非约束性报价函，有意进行私有化建议，收购所有已发行及发行在外的极氪股份及美国存托股票，惟须经进一步磋商及签订最终协议方可作实。
