智通财经APP获悉，阿里概念股走高，截至发稿，中国动向(03818)涨8.97%，报0.425港元；云锋金融(00376)涨8.59%，报1.39港元。
消息面上，耀才证券金融今早再度走高，一度涨近20%。蚂蚁控股全资子公司上海云进通过旗下公司于4月25日向耀才证券金融发起要约收购，拟以3.28港元/股（较停牌前溢价17.6%）收购大股东叶茂林先生及其一致行动人所持全部股权，占发行股份约50.55%，总对价28.14亿港元。
据悉，马云和虞锋控股的云锋金融也持有香港老牌券商瑞东集团的牌照。云锋金融集团有限公司原名瑞东集团有限公司，是一家主要从事证券业务的香港投资控股公司。另外，中国动向此前财报披露了投资阿里巴巴的信息，该公司投资项目包括CPE源峰基金、云锋基金等。
