消息面上，近日，由上海环交所、中石化碳科联合主办的“《工业副产氢碳排放核算方法》标准发布暨氢贸易研讨会”在虹口区顺利召开。据氢能产业研究院报道，该标准由国富氢能联合上海环交所、中石化碳科、国电投碳资产管理公司、上期所共同编制完成。在参与发布氢能碳核算标准的同一天，国富氢能在国际合作方面收获重大成果，与印度ADVAIT签署战略合作协议。这一协议涵盖内容广泛，包括一份价值500万美元的碱性水电解制氢设备采购合同以及深化合作备忘录。
值得关注的是，国家能源局近日举行新闻发布会，能源节约和科技装备司副司长徐继林表示，我国高度重视氢能产业发展，通过加强顶层设计，制定产业政策，积极推动氢能技术创新，各地也有序探索氢能产业发展和项目落地模式。截至2024年底，全国各地累计发布氢能专项政策超560项，22个省级行政区将氢能写入政府工作报告，因地制宜推进氢能产业布局。下一步，国家能源局将会同相关部门积极发挥氢能产业发展部际协调机制作用，推动地方结合自身基础条件科学合理布局氢能产业，实现产业健康有序发展。
