智通财经APP获悉，据报道，宁德时代(300750.SZ)周二开始评估投资者对其香港招股的认购意向。据港交所5月6日披露，宁德时代通过港交所主板上市聆讯，保荐人包括中金、摩根大通、高盛、瑞银等。目前发行定价和上市日期待定。据此前报道，宁德时代计划最早5月启动招股，筹资规模可能至少达到50亿美元。
招股书显示，截至2024年9月30日止，宁德时代已在全球设立六大研发中心、十三大电池生产制造基地，服务网点遍布64个国家和地区。公司覆盖全球最广泛的客户与终端用户群体，截至2024年11月末止，已实现动力电池累计装车约1700万辆，全球平均每三辆新能源车就有一辆装载宁德时代电池，储能电池在全球应用超过1700个项目。
财报显示，宁德时代2025年第一季度营收为847亿元，较上年同期的797.71亿元增长6.18%；一季度净利为139.63亿，较上年同期的105亿元增长32.85%；扣非后净利118.29亿，较上年同期的92.47亿元增长27.92%。
