智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金国际(03939)早盘涨超12%，截至发稿，涨8.31%，报24.1港元，成交额9502.4万港元。
消息面上，万国黄金集团公布，拥有所罗门群岛金岭矿的间接非全资附属公司金岭矿业与主要股东紫金矿业控制的实体订选矿技术服务及扩建可行性研究合同。合同金额为169万元人民币，并须由金岭矿业分期支付予紫金矿冶。
公告称，于2025年5月1日，金岭矿业与紫金(厦门)工程设计订立金岭矿新建年产1000万吨的扩建可行性研究合同，合同总金额289万美元，包括设计生产设施如采选工程、尾矿池和低品位矿石破碎等，以达到年产能1300万吨，产品为金锭及浮选金精矿。预计合同期将于明年12月31日后结束。该集团指，鉴于目前黄金价格飙升，尽快开采符合最佳利益。
