智通财经APP获悉，据报道，蚂蚁集团计划将旗下在新加坡注册的蚂蚁国际(Ant International)独立在香港上市，现正与监管部门沟通上市的可能性。报道指，蚂蚁国际收入约占蚂蚁集团20%，而蚂蚁国际拥有Alipay+、安通环球(Antom)和万里汇(WorldFirst)及Bettr四大核心产品，覆盖C端支付、B端收单、B2B收付兑等跨境支付服务。
蚂蚁集团去年3月进行新一轮架构重组，掌管全球化业务的蚂蚁国际、负责数据库业务的OceanBase及掌管数据库以外科技业务的蚂蚁数科，分别成立董事会，各自面对市场，实行CEO负责制。
