上证报中国证券网讯（记者潘建梁）东方证券晚间公告，公司拟使用自有资金以不超过13.5元/股的价格回购公司股份，回购资金总额下限为2.5亿元，上限为5亿元。回购股份期限为自公司董事会审议通过本次回购A股股份方案之日起不超过3个月。

公司表示，截至本公告披露之日，公司董事、监事、高级管理人员、持股5%以上的股东在未来3个月、未来6个月不存在减持公司股票的计划。
