Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $364.3 million, up from $353.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $351 million.
For 2025, the company now expects net sales to be between $1.39 billion and $1.40 billion, which compares with the previous guidance of $1.37 billion to $1.39 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.38 billion.
Shares of Mueller Water Products were down 1.7% in recent after-hours activity.
