Premier Lithium (ASX:PLC) struck high-grade gold at the Yalgoo project in Western Australia following its maiden reverse circulation drilling program, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Notable results include 7 meters at 4.3 grams per tonne grade of gold at the Carlisle prospect and 3 meters at 31.5 grams per tonne grade of gold at the Crescent South prospect.
The mineral explorer also identified a new mineralized system west of Olive Queen, with assays yielding 1 meter at 1.5 grams per tonne grade of gold from a depth of 96 meters.
