大酒店(00045.HK) 主席米高嘉道理表示，首季大中华地区业务表现好坏参半，香港半岛酒店在农历新年及3月盛事下表现较佳，浅水湾、山顶缆车及凌霄阁表现则好过预期。在五一黄金周假期，本港以及亚洲大部分酒店业务表现强劲，认为集团首季业绩稳定，预计第二季将维持相当趋势。
新任首席执行官胡伟成称，最近数周市场显示国际游客正重回香港，黄金周表现相当令人振奋，对前景保持谨慎乐观。而集团各项业务的前景大致稳定，对未来一年酒店分部及商用物业维持谨慎乐观态度，虽然在地缘紧张局势，下半年业务前景不明朗，但仍希望香港本地市场的旅游业可继续增长。(mn/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
