Hsino Tower Group's (SHA:601096) subsidiaries were listed as preferred candidates to bid for 616 million yuan worth of State Grid Corporation of China contracts, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The contracts include the supply of transmission and transformation equipment, the Chinese transmission line tower manufacturer said.
The company's shares closed less than 3% higher.
