智通财经APP获悉，世界第三大鞋类公司斯凯奇(SKX.US)已同意被 3G Capital 收购，3G资本将以每股63.00美元的现金收购斯凯奇，较公司15天成交量加权平均股价溢价30%。截至发稿，斯凯奇盘前涨25.28%，报61.85美元。
根据最终合并协议，3G Capital 同意以每股 63.00 美元的现金收购斯凯奇所有流通股，该价格较斯凯奇 15 天成交量加权平均股价溢价 30%。交易还包含一项选择权，即 Skechers 现有股东可选择以每股 57.00 美元的现金以及一家新成立的私人控股公司的一个非上市、不可转让的股权单位，该公司在交易完成后将成为 Skechers 的母公司。
此次交易已获得斯凯奇董事会（包括独立董事组成的独立委员会）的一致批准。此外，公司将继续由董事长兼首席执行官罗伯特·格林伯格、总裁迈克尔·格林伯格以及现有管理团队的其他成员领导。
