格隆汇5月6日丨招商证券(600999.SH)公布，吴宗敏先生已按照公司相关规定做好工作交接，其离任不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定人数。公司将按照相关规定尽快完成新任董事、总裁及授权代表的选聘工作。在总裁空缺期间，暂由公司董事长霍达先生代行总裁职责。吴宗敏先生确认与公司董事会无任何意见分歧，亦无任何有关辞任的事宜需提请公司股东及债权人注意。
