【李书福大动作！吉利拟私有化极氪，后者将退市，其赴美IPO还不到一年】5月7日，吉利汽车发布公告，公司于5月7日向极氪提交非约束性报价函，建议私有化极氪，收购所有已发行及发行在外的极氪股份及美国存托股票。吉利汽车表示，于公布日期，本集团持有极氪已发行及发行在外股本总额约65.7%。倘若私有化建议落实并完成，极氪将成为本公司的全资附属公司，实现私有化并于纽交所退市。公开资料显示，去年5月10日，极氪在纽约证券交易所成功上市，发行价为21美元，截至5月6日，极氪美股收盘价为22.59美元。
