新地(00016.HK) 旗下位于西沙全新大型项目“SIERRA SEA”1B期今日(5月8日)公布首张价单，涉及160伙，入场价300万元起，折实平均呎价10,638元，较1A期首张价单略高。美联物业住宅部首席执行官布少明表示，SIERRA SEA 1A期三轮销售均即日沽清，反映项目备受市场追捧，成为市场焦点，项目更累积大批向隅客购买力，由于是次1B期项目的开价仍然极具吸引力，发展商先求量的策略，故预期项目将再掀抢购潮，新一轮销售亦可望延续“即日沽清”的旺势。
布少明指，SIERRA SEA自开售以来，成功抢占市场焦点，全城关注，由于项目订价吸引，而且邻近多所大学及科学园，料租务需求强劲，预期项目租金回报率可达4.5厘，呎租约45元，故料受大批年轻上车客及投资者等追捧，市场亦不乏大手客入市个案，反映项目潜力优厚。
