智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)午后涨超13%，截至发稿，涨8.2%，报0.66港元，成交额441.89万港元。
消息面上，4月23日，香溢融通公告，其控股子公司香溢租赁与晨鸣纸业子公司5.04亿元融资租赁纠纷达成调解，债务展期3至4年。此外，晨鸣纸业公告，公司决定终止建设黄冈晨鸣二期项目，主要由于部分金融机构压缩贷款规模，黄冈晨鸣二期项目银团贷款无法顺利组建。
公开资料显示，晨鸣纸业目前处于严重的财务困境和停产状态，债务问题较为突出。由于晨鸣纸业生产基地实施停机检修时间已满3个月，未能大面积恢复生产，晨鸣纸业股票自2025年2月21日开市起被实施其他风险警示，A股的证券简称由“晨鸣纸业”变更为“ST晨鸣”。
