Foresight News 消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）于 5 月 8 日正式提交与 Ripple Labs 及其高管 Bradley Garlinghouse、Christian Larsen 的和解协议。根据协议，双方将共同请求法院解除 2024 年 8 月 7 日判决中对 Ripple 的禁令，并释放 1.25 亿美元罚金托管账户中的 5000 万美元支付给 SEC，剩余 7500 万美元将返还至 Ripple。此外，若法院同意解除禁令，双方将撤回正在第二巡回上诉法院审理的交叉上诉。
