知行科技(01274.HK) 公布，旗下专注于机器人研发及商业化的全资子公司艾摩星机器人，与小工匠机器人股东签署了股权转让框架协议。根据框架协议，艾摩星机器人将出资收购小工匠机器人大部分股份，成为小工匠机器人控股股东。
小工匠机器人是一间总部位于苏州的机器人领域国家高新技术企业，主要核心产品为智能一体化关节及定制化机械臂，并且具备电机、减速器及驱动器等关键零件的设计及开发能力，已获得超过60项相关知识产权。
公司认为，收购小工匠机器人将加速提升集团在机器人关键部件层面的技术积累，加速拓展具体场景应用的业务范围。公司将在投融资、软硬件设计、供应链及生产制造等方面加速小工匠机器人的产业化进程。同时结合大模型算法，加速实现针对特定应用场景的AI+机器人的产业化落地。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-12 16:25。)
