消息面上，新濠国际发展近日公布，附属新濠博亚娱乐第一季度业绩，总营运收益12.3亿美元，同比增加11%，主要因所有博彩营运及非博彩营运表现改善。录得净收入3250万美元，增长113.8%。季内，录得经调整物业EBITDA 3.41亿美元，增长14.1%。中金研报指出，基于市场份额持续上升，上调新濠国际发展2025年和2026年经调整EBITDA预测2%至140.10亿港元和134.52亿港元。
中金研报指出，管理层表示，2025年4月公司在中国澳门的博收市场份额达到15.7%，高端中场持续驱动业绩增长；《水舞间》已于2025年5月7日在澳门新濠天地首演；中国澳门博彩行业的再投资率水平较一年前相比开始逐步理性，管理层希望行业可以维持该趋势；新濠天地塞浦路斯的酒店预订量有所增长；管理层预计新濠天地斯里兰卡将于2025年8月开业；新濠天地马尼拉的潜在买家已签署保密协议，正在进行尽职调查。
