加拿大矿商泛美银业（Pan American Silver）当地时间周日宣布，将收购MAG银业公司（MAG Silver Corp），该交易对MAG的估值约为21亿美元。
这笔交易将使泛美银业获得MAG在墨西哥一级银矿Juanicipio中44%的权益，该银矿由Fresnillo运营，Fresnillo拥有剩余56%的权益。
两公司在一份声明中表示，该交易得到了泛美银业和MAG董事会的一致批准，预计将于2025年下半年完成。
根据LSEG的数据，截至上周五收盘，泛美银业的市值约为99亿美元，而MAG银业的市值为17亿美元。
