宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司已经开始就在香港发行股份接受投资者认购，这有望成为今年全球最大的上市交易。
据周一在香港交易所的公告，宁德时代寻求筹集高达410 亿港元（53亿美元）资金。按其初步发行计划，最高可能募集310亿港元，但如果交易规模扩大并行使超额配售权，则可能达到前述金额。
这家总部位于福建的公司此次发行的价格将不高于每股263港元，大致相当于周四在深圳股市的收盘价。最早可能在周二定价，预计该股将于5月20日开始交易。
宁德时代计划将募集资金的一大部分用于其在欧洲的持续国际扩张，尤其是在匈牙利建立一家大型工厂，为梅赛德斯-奔驰等顶级客户供货。这可能有助于该公司扩大在电动汽车行业的领先地位。根据SNE Research数据，宁德时代在该行业的市场份额约为38%，远远领先于最接近的竞争对手、电动汽车巨头比亚迪的17%。
