智通财经APP讯，大洋环球控股(08476)发布公告，本公司注意到证券及期货事务监察委员会(证监会)于2025年5月14日刊发公告(证监会公告)。
如证监会公告所披露，证监会最近完成对本公司股权分布进行的查讯。证监会的查讯结果显示，于2025年4月29日，有十九名股东合共持有5242万股股份，相当于已发行股份的18.72%。有关股权连同本公司控股股东持有的2.058亿股股份(占已发行股份的73.50%)，相当于2025年4月29日已发行股份的92.22%。因此，只有2178万股股份(占已发行股份的7.78%)由其他股东持有。
如证监会公告所述，(a)在2023年10月3日至2025年4月29日期间，股份的收市价由2023年10月3日的0.69港元上升328%至2025年4月29日的2.95港元。(b)于2025年5月13日，股份价格收报3.11港元，较2023年10月3日的收市价0.69港元上升351%。
