市场消息指，太古地产(01972.HK) 常务董事马天伟(Murray, Martin James)及相关人士，刚以4,300万元购入赤柱佳美道海明山一幢双号屋连车位洋房。
据悉，上述双号屋的实用面积约1,957平方呎，属四房间隔，业主原叫价5,000万元放盘，议价后以4,300万元易手，呎价约2.2万元。
