智通财经APP讯，城建设计(01599)发布公告，根据中华人民共和国公司法、《北京城建设计发展集团股份有限公司章程》(公司章程)及董事会提名委员会的提名，谨此提名裴宏伟、夏秀江、李国庆、史桦鑫、彭冬东、李飞、汪涛、唐其梦、王国锋、夏鹏、陈帆及查小东共12名董事候选人为公司第四届董事会董事候选人。其中，提名夏秀江为执行董事;提名裴宏伟、李国庆、史桦鑫、彭冬东、李飞、汪涛及唐其梦为非执行董事;提名王国锋、夏鹏、陈帆及查小东为独立非执行董事。该等董事之任期自股东大会通过批准委任董事之日起。
根据公司法及公司章程，谨此提名胡圣杰、钟华、方斌佳及傅炎冰为第四届公司监事会监事候选人，与公司职工代表监事共同组成第四届监事会。该等监事之任期自公司股东大会通过批准委任监事之日起。
