中国台湾地区电子产品制造商纬创（Wistron）周五表示，其为客户英伟达新建的美国制造工厂将于明年完工，该公司正在与其他潜在客户进行谈判。

　　英伟达将利用其中的部分设施，支持其未来四年在美国建造价值高达5000亿美元的人工智能服务器的计划。

　　英伟达4月份表示，计划在德克萨斯州建立超级计算机制造工厂，包括与富士康合作在休斯顿开设新工厂，与纬创合作在达拉斯开设工厂。这两个工厂预计将在12至15个月内增加产量。

　　“我相信这与客户宣布的完全一致，”纬创首席执行官Jeff Lin周五在英伟达宣布这一消息后的首次公开评论中表示：“我们所有的进展都将以客户为导向。”

　　他说，该公司正在与其他客户讨论使用美国工厂的问题，这些工厂将生产高性能计算和人工智能相关产品，但他拒绝透露这些客户的名字。
