智通财经APP讯，北京京客隆(00814)发布公告，有关本公司更换董事的议案已获2024股东年会通过。张立伟先生、王虹女士、张红波先生及杨文生先生获委任为执行董事;张彦女士及李颖女士获委任为非执行董事;葛文达先生、王利平先生及何明珂先生获委任为独立非执行董事，任期自2024股东年会结束时起至2027股东年会结束时止。除李颖女士及何明珂先生外，其他董事均为本公司上一届董事会成员。
自同日起，何明珂先生已获委任为董事会提名委员会主席，以及审核委员会和薪酬委员会成员。
