智通财经APP讯，创新奇智(02121)发布公告，2025年5月16日，董事会正式决议行使股份购回授权，拟不定时于公开市场购回股份(股份购回)，最高金额不超过人民币1亿元，股份购回期限至股份购回授权到期之日止。股份购回的资金来源为本公司自有资金。购回的股份将被注销或被持作库存股份。本公司会在符合香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)的情况下进行股份购回。
本公司将根据其须遵守的本公司的公司章程、上市规则、香港公司收购、合并及股份回购守则、中华人民共和国公司法以及所有适用法律及法规进行股份购回。董事会认为，于现况下进行股份购回可展示本公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心，且最终会为本公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值。董事会认为，本公司现有财务资源足以支持股份购回同时维持稳健的财务状况。
