5月16日，中国光大水务（01857）发布公告，宣布与光大绿色环保技术服务（江苏）有限公司于2025年至2027年签订的售电框架协议已于2025年5月8日生效。根据公告，该协议将允许公司在截至2025年、2026年及2027年12月31日的三年期间向光大绿色环保技术服务购买电力。同时，2025年的售电框架协议已被终止。
公告中指出，此次协议的达成标志着公司在电力采购方面的战略调整，以满足未来几年的电力需求。公司董事会对此表示欣喜，并将继续关注与光大绿色环保技术服务的合作关系，以推动公司业务的可持续发展。
