智通财经APP讯，华润电力(00836)发布公告，本公司与华润三九于2025年5月14日就新能源项目的合作订立了2025年合作协议并按此推动新能源项目持续合作，其期限自2025年5月14日至2027年12月31日。
2025年合作协议的订约各方已同意按下述方式就新能源发电项目(新能源项目)相互合作，针对已经取得开发权的复合光伏发电项目及其他新能源项目。根据2025年合作协议，本集团将委托华润三九集团规划及提供新能源发电项目所在地或邻近地区的土地综合治理服务(相关服务)，通过种植种子(包括但不限于整地、育苗、移栽、田间管理、防虫、技术支持、方案咨询、采收及加工、生态修复等相关工作及服务)以满足新能源发电项目的用地要求。双方将根据2025年合作协议的条款和原则，就不同的土地╱地点谈判并签署单独的正式协议。
2025年合作协议项下拟进行的交易为本集团继续探索发展符合政府“碳达峰、碳中和”政策的新能源业务提供良好的契机。该等交易亦可提升本集团新能源业务的盈利能力。与华润三九集团的合作有助本集团项目顺利开展。土地综合治理可改善土地质量以满足国家对复合光伏项目用地的要求。本集团与华润三九集团发挥各自的优势，将有利于各自业务领域的发展。由于2024年合作协议的期限已于2024年12月31日届满，根据相关服务的最新预期需求，本集团拟订2025年合作协议，该协议可使本集团可按照该协议的主要条款及定价政策继续进行上述采购，而毋须订约方耗费大量磋商时间及成本以进行上述交易。
