【#绿茶集团上市首日跌超10%#】5月16日，“初代网红”餐厅绿茶集团港股上市。截至当天收盘，绿茶集团下跌12.52%，报收于6.29港元/股，市值42.4亿港元。根据招股书，创办绿茶餐厅的想法，源于绿茶集团联合创始人王勤松及路长梅夫妇于2004年开设绿茶青年旅舍的经历。该公司于2008年在杭州西子湖畔开设了第一家绿茶餐厅，并建立了全国餐厅网络。“面包诱惑”和“绿茶烤鸡”等是绿茶餐厅的招牌菜。根据绿茶集团招股书，2021年至2024年，其营收分别为22.93亿元（人民币，下同）、23.75亿元、35.89亿元、38.38亿元；同期净利润分别为1.14亿元、1657.9万元、2.96亿元和3.5亿元。在餐厅网络扩张方面，绿茶集团的餐厅总数由截至2022年末的276家增至截至2024年末的465家，复合年增长率为29.8%。2024年，绿茶餐厅的人均消费跌至56.2元，而在2021年-2023年，其人均消费额还在60元以上。（每经综合，德塔）
