智通财经APP获悉，瑞恩资本发文称，随着香港IPO市场回暖，香港的投行职位市场正逐步恢复，金融从业人员数量也有所增加。在过去的12个月(截至2025年2月)，中信证券(06030)及其子公司里昂证券(CLSA)、招商证券(06099)、海通国际证券是主要的招聘方。其中，近40%的新员工曾在瑞银或瑞信工作。
据媒体引用香港证监会数据指出，持牌金融专业人士人数在2025年2月已达42,254人，较2023年底的42,044人高出0.5%，这得益于财富和资产管理职位数量的增长。
据香港证监会数据，财富管理、私人银行、家族办公室的牌照数量从2023年以来增长了约5%，而证券和期货交易的牌照基本没有变化。
分析师Francis Chan指出，2025年香港股市上市规模预计将翻倍至逾220亿美元，这将增强券商的扩张能力，并可能重新雇用此前被裁的银行从业人员。
Francis Chan表示“香港的金融就业市场在财富管理领域可能将持续强劲，同时投行从业人员的再就业率也可能提高。尽管投行与机构业务部门(如销售和研究)仍有裁员现象，但部分银行家已在不断扩张的中资公司中找到新机会。”
同时，汇丰银行、渣打银行、花旗集团、瑞银集团、星展集团预计将扩大在财富管理与私人银行业务的招聘，重点锁定内地客户。
