摩根大通则成为调整预测的机构代表。摩根大通连夜修改报告，放弃此前做出的经济衰退预测，上调美国GDP增长预期，并降低衰退风险评估。

高盛首席经济学家Jan Hatzius则经历了更戏剧性的转变，在预测美国将陷入衰退后数十分钟内，就撤回报告。针对二级市场，高盛也将标普500指数预期上调至年底6500点，较一个月前大幅提升。

市场方面，当地时间周二，标普500指数已收复年内失地。然而机构仓位显示，对冲基金仍在净卖出，市场情绪依然谨慎。
