智通财经APP获悉，美国医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心(CMS)计划在2026年2月1日之前列出多达15种入选第三轮价格谈判的药物，并征求公众意见。
CMS于周一晚些时候发布了有关该计划的草案指导意见，并表示，除了美国联邦医疗保险D部分涵盖的药物外，此次谈判还将首次包括B部分支付的药物，预计2028年药品价格将有所调整。
2023 年，CMS宣布选定10种联邦医疗保险D部分涵盖的药物进行第一轮价格谈判，该谈判于2024年8月结束。
初始名单包括百时美施贵宝 (BMY.US)、辉瑞 (PFE.US)、礼来 (LLY.US)、艾伯维(ABBV.US)、强生 (JNJ.US)、拜耳、阿斯利康(AZN.US)等公司的重磅疗法。
今年1月，该机构宣布了另外15种联邦医疗保险D部分药物被选中进行第二轮价格谈判。诺和诺德(NVO.US)广受欢迎的减肥药物Wegovy位列其中，葛兰素史克(GSK.US)、Ironwood医药(IRWD.US)、梯瓦制药(TEVA.US) 和Theravance Biopharma(TBPH.US)等公司的重磅药物也在名单中。
据悉，为期45天的公众意见征询期将持续到2025年6月26日。
