三位知情人士周三透露，在美国对欧盟审查科技巨头日益不满的背景下，微软公司很可能通过其Office与Teams产品整改方案，从而避免面临巨额反垄断罚款。此前Salesforce旗下Slack在2020年向欧盟委员会投诉称，微软将聊天视频应用Teams与Office产品捆绑销售获取不正当竞争优势。2023年，德国竞争对手alfaview也向欧盟监管机构提出类似投诉。

　　微软随后于2023年将Teams和Office分开销售，单独销售的Office产品比捆绑版本便宜2欧元（2.24美元），独立版Teams则定价每月5欧元。在竞争对手指出初始方案力度不足后，该公司于今年2月进一步扩大了价格差异。

　　知情人士表示，欧盟委员会可能在未来数月征求竞争对手和客户意见后再做最终决定，最终结果仍可能因市场测试结论等因素发生变化。据悉微软的方案包含改进互操作性条款，以降低竞争对手的准入门槛。

　　欧盟竞争执法机构拒绝置评。过去曾因产品捆绑等行为累计被罚22亿欧元（25亿美元）的微软未回应置评请求。值得注意的是，美国总统特朗普此前已威胁要对处罚美国企业的国家加征关税。
