细胞治疗产品CARVYKTI销售继续保持强劲。2025年第一季度净贸易销售额同比增长135%，环比增长10%。美国以外地区的表现尤为强劲，国际销售额同比增长219%，季度环比增长65%。美国的销售额同比增长127%，环比增长5%。
该公司强调，CARVYKTI是第一个也是唯一一个在多发性骨髓瘤中表现出优于标准护理的CAR-T细胞疗法，在全球范围内治疗了超过6000例患者。为了支持不断增长的需求，传奇生物概述了一项雄心勃勃的生产扩张战略，目标是到2025年将商业供应量增加一倍，到今年年底达到1万剂年化剂量，并计划到2027年底达到2万剂。
