Autozi Internet Technology (AZI) said Tuesday that it has received a notice from Nasdaq confirming the company has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.
The company said it met the requirement after its class A ordinary shares closed at or above $1 for 14 consecutive business days, from April 28 to May 15. The matter is now closed, the company added.
