Modern Living Investments Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2025. During the meeting, shareholders approved the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. Additionally, the proposal to pay a final dividend of HK1.40 cents per share was also approved.
