Palantir Technologies (PLTR) and Divergent Technologies said Tuesday that they have partnered to provide access to Divergent's manufacturing capabilities using Palantir's software platform.
Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
The partnership allows Palantir's defense and commercial customers to have access to Divergent's digital manufacturing capabilities, the companies said.
Shares of Palantir were up 1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
