金吾财讯 | 据媒体报道，丰田工业(Toyota Industries)计划接受丰田汽车(TM)的收购要约，丰田汽车董事长丰田章男可能最早在5月宣布达成交易。丰田发声明称，集团仍在评估最佳持有股份的方式，但目前尚未作出决定。此前有报道指，丰田章男已提出收购丰田工业，对后者的估值高达6万亿日元(约合420亿美元)。丰田章男目前对丰田的直接持股不到1%，而丰田工业则持有丰田9.1%的股权，若今次成功收购将增强丰田章男对丰田的影响力。
