Sincap Group (SGX:5UN) utilized SG$682,000 on payments of corporate expenses and set-off against temporary loans from a subscription activity which raised around SG$750,000, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The remaining balance of proceeds is now SG$68,000, the filing added.
