消息面上，高鑫零售公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，实现收入715.52亿元，同比减少1.4%；公司拥有人应占溢利4.05亿元，同比扭亏为盈；每股盈利0.04元。末期息派17港仙，上年同期派2港仙。其中，来自销售货品的收入为人民币684.82亿元，同比减少1.4%。期内，同店销售增长(按除去供应链业务的货品销售计算)为0.6%。来自会员费的收入为人民币0.36亿元，同比增加人民币0.2亿元，增幅为125.0%，主要由于会员店的扩张及M会员会籍数的增长。
