智中国际(06063.HK) 公布，其间接全资附属Forever Wealth与松花湖饮食订立合营协议，据此，订约双方同意成立合营公司，于澳门威尼斯人以“松花湖水饺”品牌经营一间中国东北菜餐馆。
根据合营协议条款，合营公司之注资额将为10万澳门元，其中Forever Wealth及松花湖饮食将分别注资4.9万及5.1万澳门元。合营公司于成立后将由Forever Wealth及松花湖饮食分别拥有49%及51%，并将不会成为集团之附属公司，其财务业绩将不会于集团之财务报表内综合入账。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
