智通财经APP讯，中广核新能源(01811)发布公告，该公司董事会拟行使购回授权项下的权力，且公司将视乎市场状况及购回授权的条款，由本公告日期起12个月内，不时于公开市场购回股份。
根据股份回购计划，董事会计划动用最多约5000万港元(含交易税费)购回不超过约2144.96万股股份。根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，每次购回的实际买入价不得高于紧接每次购回前五个交易日的平均收市价的5%或以上。公司将以其现有可用现金为购回股份计划提供资金。
公告称，公司目前股价低于其内在实际价值，未必可反映公司的业务前景;购回股份计划反映董事会及公司高级管理层对公司长远增长及市场表现的信心;购回股份计划将有利于公司并为股东创造价值，因此购回股份计划符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益;及公司目前的财务资源使其能够在维持稳健财务状况的同时推行购回股份计划。
